Purify
The artwork is quiet and uncomplicated yet very personal to me. It symbolizes a new chapter. The still life reminds me of a fresh light start in the summer. Lemons symbolize purification, that is exactly why I named it ''Purify'.

This painting has taken on a whole new meaning, as it was in 2026 that I first harvested lemons from my two small trees. My take on the cliché? When life doesn’t give you lemons, you can always grow them yourself.
